Product made with pasteurized manchega cow's milk (min 85%), sheep (min 3%) and goat (min 3%), salt, rennet, lactic ferments, calcium chloride, lysozyme (egg) and virgin olive oil.

Virgin olive oil as liquid medium. Once reached their maturity level.
Milk and lysozyme (derived from egg).
Texture: Creamy in palate.
Color: Beige Ivoire.
Taste: Balanced and firms.
Appearance: Presence of small eyes unequally distributed..
